Application Process

1. Inquiry Form

Complete the online inquiry form. Once you complete the form, we will receive electronic notification of your request and reach out to schedule a time to meet with you that is mutually convenient. 

The meeting provides an opportunity for you to ask questions and see if moving forward with the application process is desired.

2. Discovery and Assessment

After an initial approval, application details will be sent. The application process requires transcripts and two letters of recommendation from current or former teachers/coaches for learners entering first grade through Middle School. As well as a $150 application fee. 

Once those items are received, an appointment for an age-level assessment will be scheduled. We will share in-depth information about the test results with you, and how it relates to our curriculum.

A shadow day will be part of the process if entering during an academic year. 

3. Registration

Shortly after the assessment a final decision regarding acceptance will be communicated. If accepted, you will be sent registration information. Once registered, you will receive an email confirming your child’s start date.
